‘Sit Happens’ Guided Meditation

The 'Sit Happens' series provides three easy to follow guided meditations 5, 10 and 15 minutes in duration. 

The tracks are free for you to access at any time. You don't need a special mat, cushion or incense, just a comfy chair and a relatively quiet room. 

Your guide, Brad, is a trained Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher and has lead meditation practices for many years, his approach to meditation emerging from his Buddhist practice. 

Just get comfy, play the introduction track and then settle in for the 5 minutes session to get started.
