The Survivorship Diary is a FREE guide to navigating your brain cancer diagnosis
This guide has been developed by a patient for patients. The Survivorship Diary hopes to assist patients diagnosed with a brain tumour, or brain cancer, to keep track of appointments, medications and important questions to ask specialists.
This could be the hardest thing you have ever endured, but being organised and having a guide to navigating treatment will help you manage yourself and your health during this confusing time.
The Survivorship Diary project was led by Cassandra Bennett, designed by Ana Toth from Luvet, and is distributed by the Mark Hughes Foundation.
