Fletcher Kestle

Fletcher brings over a decade of experience in government relations, policy and regulatory analysis and corporate strategy. He has worked for BHP both domestically and internationally, where he has contributed across a number of government and international relations teams. In this role, he cultivated relationships with government both in Australia and overseas. Before joining BHP, Fletcher worked for a Federal Member of Parliament, providing him with a strong understanding of the political landscape. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.

Motivated by personal experience and a deep connection to his community, Fletcher lost his mum to brain cancer in 2023 and grew up in Geelong. He is eager to join the POMF Board and contribute passionately in any way he can.

In his spare time, Fletcher watches as much Geelong Cats football as humanely possible, runs as much as his hip and knee will let him and plays a very poor standard of golf.
