You don’t have to face this journey alone.
A brain tumour diagnosis can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our Men’s Brain Tumour Retreat offers a safe, relaxed and supportive space for men living with a primary brain tumour or brain cancer to connect with others who truly understand.
Whether you have been recently diagnosed or have been living with your diagnosis for some time, this weekend is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, take a breath and focus on your own wellbeing.
There is no expectation to share. You can participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

Feedback from previous guests
“I was extremely nervous going into the retreat as I was only recently diagnosed, but being there was so comforting and I've never felt so seen in my life. Not having to explain yourself to anyone, or when you do the other participants completely understand and can relate because they’ve been through a similar journey.” Doron
“If you’re a male with a brain cancer diagnosis please get in touch with the Peace of Mind Foundation. This men’s retreat gave me the opportunity to speak and listen to other men going through the same situation. I think that listening is as important as speaking and talking. I believe I have made several friends who will stay connected and support each other. We all forgot each other’s names and were able laugh about it.
Thank you to the team at Peace of Mind Foundation. I feel like I have another family.” Marcus
“As I had never done anything like this before I underestimated how beneficial it could be. Being around people going through the same sort of thing, with the guidance and support of some amazing people was exactly what I needed. I feel very privileged to have attended and cannot recommend this enough.” Daniel
